The project takes place in the Infant Neuropsychiatric ward of the Bambin Gesù Hospital in Rome and it deals with three different problems: minors who have witnessed violence, adolescents who present eating disorders and autistic children. The services offered include telephone counselling for about 700 adults by professionals who deal with these types of problems, medical diagnosis for 250 children and, when necessary, psychological and educational therapy for 125 children and 125 family units. The Scientific Director of the project is the Head of the ward, Prof. Francesco Montecchi.
